Install it, sign in, ask it something.
There is no server to set up and nothing to configure. If you can install a program, you can do this.

01Setup
Four steps, and the first one is the longest.
All of it happens on the computer in front of you.

Download and run it
Run the installer and follow the guided setup. The installer is signed, but Windows may still show a warning. The download page explains what you will see and what to choose.

Create your account
You confirm your email when you create your account. Each time you sign in, we text a one-time code to your phone.

See what it finds
The Fixes page lists anything it can fix with one click. Or open the assistant and describe the problem: if it can fix it, you click; if not, it takes you to the right Windows setting or shows you how with a short video. The Security check shows whether your antivirus and firewall are on, and a weekly report is saved on your computer.

Add another computer, if you want to
Install it on the next computer and sign in with the same account, or use your family’s signup code. It joins the same list. $30 a month covers up to five computers, and removing one frees its spot for the next.
02If it goes quiet
What happens when a computer goes offline.
It shows as offline with the time it was last seen. The computer keeps its own history, and the list updates when it’s back online.
03Uninstalling
Removing it.
Uninstall it like any Windows program. Your saved reports stay in your Documents folder until you delete them.
