Roadmap
Where 365 IT Guard is going.
We would rather tell you what is missing than let you find out during a trial. Here is what exists today, what we are building, and what we are still deciding on. 365 IT Guard is in Beta.
No dates. We will not promise you a quarter we might miss. Items move up this page as they get built.
14-day free trial, no credit card.
01How to read this
What the statuses mean.
Three states, and the difference between them is the whole point of the page. Each one looks different everywhere it appears below.
- Available nowIn the product today
Built, tested, and in the product you can try today.
- In developmentCommitted and underway
Actively being built. Committed, but not yet dated publicly.
- ExploringBeing evaluated
On the list and being evaluated. Not committed, not scheduled, and it may not ship in this form or at all.
Nothing moves to available now until it works on a clean computer, not just on ours.

03In development
What we are building.
Committed work, actively being built. Nothing appears in this section until it is funded and started.
Alerts
Today you check the portal yourself. A red card tells you which computer needs attention. Email alerts are on our roadmap.
In development
Slack, Teams, and webhook notifications
Alerts where your team already works, rather than in another inbox.
In development
Longer history in the portal
Past issues, outages and health scores.
In development
Catching up after being offline
What a computer records while it is disconnected, sent to the portal when it reconnects.
In development
Works with other antivirus products
Scans through major antivirus providers, not only Defender.
In development
Automatic update prompts
The app tells people when a new version is available, so nobody has to check for one.
In development
In-app repair videos
The app has some today, and more are on the way.

04Exploring
What we are still deciding on.
On the list, genuinely being evaluated, and not committed. Tell us which of these matter to you. That is most of how the order gets decided.
A wider set of fixes
Today the app has 14 one-click fixes, each run by the person at the computer. Widening that list is the most requested direction, and also the one that most deserves caution. We would rather ship it late than ship it loose.
Sign in with Microsoft or Google
Using existing work accounts instead of a separate 365 IT Guard login.
Embedded checkout
Paying without leaving the portal. Today checkout redirects to Stripe's hosted page, which keeps card handling entirely with Stripe.
Nothing in this section is scheduled, and some of it will never be built. It is here so you can see what we are weighing, not so you can plan around it.
05Input
This order is not fixed.
The list above is not a queue we are working through in order. What customers actually ask for moves things. If something here would change whether 365 IT Guard works for you, say so. That is more useful to us than a feature request form nobody reads.
A real person reads every one of these.
Start with what exists today.
The roadmap matters less than whether the current product solves something for you this week. Install it on one computer and find out.
