01Before you run it
Windows may still warn you. Here is why.
The installer is signed, so Windows can confirm it came from us and has not been changed since we published it. Windows also builds trust in new software over time, based on how many people download and run it. The app is new and that reputation is still building, so you may see one or two warnings before it installs.
What you may see
When downloading in Microsoft Edge, Edge may say the file is not commonly downloaded. Open the menu next to the download and choose Keep. If Edge asks again, choose Show more, then Keep anyway.
When you run the installer, Windows may show a blue SmartScreen panel saying Windows protected your PC. Choose More info, then Run anyway.
If Windows is set to warn before installing apps from outside the Microsoft Store, it will ask you to confirm. Choose Install anyway.
When Windows asks, the publisher shows as ZENLO INNOVATIONS & TECHNOLOGY LLC. That's us. If it shows anything else, don't run it.
These prompts are about how new the software is. They do not mean the file has been checked and found unsafe, and they will appear less often as more people install it.
