You pay for computers, not people. A person with a desktop and a laptop counts twice; a shared front-desk PC counts once. Employees' own laptops cost the same and go on the same business subscription. There's nothing for employees to buy.
03Compared to what you do now
Fewer calls to the tech, not no tech.
It doesn't replace the person you call. When you do call, send them the report so they're not starting from zero.

04Honest fit
When this is the wrong purchase.
Cheaper to say it here than to have you find out in week two.
-
You want a person to do it for youThe app fixes everyday problems when someone clicks. There is no person on the other end.
-
You need Windows updates installed for you365 IT Guard doesn't install Windows updates.
-
You need someone to fix computers from somewhere elseNobody, including you or us, can run anything on a computer from somewhere else.

You need instant alertsToday you check the portal yourself. A red card tells you which computer needs attention. Email alerts are on our roadmap.
If none of those are dealbreakers, the trial will tell you the rest in an afternoon.
05FAQ
Pricing questions.
What do I pay for?
Computers, not people. A person with a desktop and a laptop counts twice, and a shared front-desk PC counts once.
Do employees pay for their own laptops?
No. Every computer is on your one business subscription.
What happens when I remove a computer?
Its spot is free for the next computer.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe's hosted page. Card details are handled by Stripe and never by us.
Is there a minimum?
No. One computer is enough, so it's a perfectly normal place to start.
Is there an annual commitment?
No. Monthly billing is month to month. The annual option exists because it is cheaper, not because it is required.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, the app locks on every computer and stops reporting. Nothing is deleted. Subscribe from the portal and everything picks up where it left off.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that, monitoring pauses, but nothing is deleted. Your computers, staff and settings wait for you, and subscribing again picks up where you left off. The app on each PC stays installed and starts reporting again by itself. Your data stays with us until you remove it.
Is it available outside the US?
Not yet. 365 IT Guard is available to US customers only for now.
